For our Charlotte Peeps- Don't forget that we are keeping some items stocked at Greeneman Farms in the 7th Street Market.  They usually keep a variety of WTF products including our sausages, hotdogs, ham steaks, and chicken.  If they don't keep what you want in stock, we'll be glad to drop off an order for you there so you can pick it up at your convenience.

Just a reminder that we WILL NOT be at the markets this weekend.  As you read this, we should be summitting Mt Everest with the kids- just kidding we'll probably be somewhere a little closer to home with a fishing rod but we hope you have a great weekend.

Surprise Judge Contest   For the final installment in our Market Chef series, we're running a Facebook contest to choose the third judge! Do you follow the Salisbury Rowan County Farmers Market Facebook page?  If not, join the fun, follow us and put your name in the hat to be the third judge.   It's VERY easy - we just posted the contest to our Facebook page. Just visit our page (like us if you haven't already:) and then Like, Share, or Comment on the status and your name will go into the running for our surprise judge spot!   The only catch is that you have to be able to attend the finale which is this Saturday, September 6 at 10:00 am.    The finale will focus on dessert! How can this contest get any sweeter!   Now - hurry, go visit our Facebook page!   The fine print...the names of those that like, share or comment on our status will be placed in a random drawing to be conducted on Friday, September 5 at 4:30 pm.
