Foothills Meats presents The Butcher's Table

Last night was another of those cool opportunities that we as farmers occasionally get to partake in.   Foothills Meat in Black Mountain, NC partnered with Pisgah Brewing Company for a farm to table meal.
 
 
We have been to several of these type meals & it is always so much fun!  No only do consumers get to meet their farmers we all get to sample creations by some of the best butchers & chefs around.  We got to meet lots of new people & even connected with a couple who use to live in Rowan County & we knew a lot of the same people (small word).
 
The menu & the beer pairings were all awesome & as normal I ate way too much...but it was so good!!
 
 
Another cool thing about these meals is that the people sitting with you don't care if you are taking pictures of the food because they are too!!
